Mexico is an unbelievably big country, its complexity can be a little overwhelming but luckily we have excellent gastronomic examples from all over the country right here in the city if you know where to look for them.

We’ll start off with a quick museum tour to help us understand the characteristics of the different regions we are visiting, the differences between nature, art,culture, and ingredients that define the unique flavors of each region.

Gastronomic stops:

• Our first stop it's all the way south with oaxaca mexico's most famous food.

• Next we will visit Mazatlan Sinaloa to try the freshness of seafood.

• Optionally we can have sample of pre hispanic snacks and mezcal at the market (not included).

• For our next stop wll head to the Mayan Riviera.

• After a small walk well head to Central Mexico.

• We will finish in Veracruz with a classic of the region.
